We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness regarding refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Pre-Service Refund: If you decide to cancel your order before the delivery of any services, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting our support team at info@fashiondealersociety.com or by phone at (222) 122-4323.
- Partial Service Refund: If you have already received partial services from the "Boutique Business in a Box" package (e.g., initial business consultation, training materials, or access to business creation support), we may offer a partial refund based on the portion of services rendered. Please note that the 6-week boutique training course and exclusive tools & materials are non-refundable once they have been provided.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Training Courses: The 6-week boutique training course, once commenced, is non-refundable.
- Exclusive Tools & Materials: Any tools or materials provided as part of the package are non-refundable after delivery.
- Boutique Inventory: Inventory provided as part of the Boutique Business in a Box is non-refundable once shipped or received.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at info@fashiondealersociety.com or call (222) 122-4323. You will need to provide your purchase details, including the date of purchase, transaction ID, and a brief reason for requesting a refund. Once we receive your request, we will assess your eligibility and inform you of the next steps within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Failure to complete the 6-week boutique training course without prior notification to our support team.
- Misuse of the exclusive tools and materials provided.
- Inventory that has been used or damaged after delivery.
